The Stables has been an exciting project for Linear CGI Studio in which we have created 3D visuals for the development, architecture and interior design of seven new properties in Preston. With stunning views of Beacon Fell and Longridge, this beautiful site needed the best CGI to showcase the luxury setting and living space of these homes to potential buyers.

The client was looking for CGI to be marketing material for selling their off-plan development. They also wanted to use CGI to help decide the exterior finishes of the properties and to help the interior designer finalise their proposal with finishes and furniture.

Property Development CGI

We created both aerial and ground-level shots of the development to showcase the architect’s design. The site consists of seven properties, angled to maximise the views from each property, increase privacy and create a luxury living environment.

Architecture / Exterior CGI

In creating the exterior views of the properties, the client was able to preview the render colour and cladding finishes, trying out different solutions before settling on this final design. This process proved to be a brilliantly interactive way for the client to explore a wide variety of ideas and get a feel for what the property and the development would look like as a whole.

As with any large white building, the softening and realism comes when we add plants, accessories and other furnishings. So, it was key to find a balance in the CGI of dressing the images realistically, without imposing onto the design anything that would overshadow the properties.

Interior CGI

We created the interior CGI by taking the brief from the developer’s designer, producing drafts and developing the schemes. As with the exterior, the spaces needed to be dressed to feel high quality and lived-in, but it was important not to dominate the spaces too much, leaving room for potential buyers to visualise themselves in the property.
